We will store your contact details in our client database (servers are located safely in the EU). As a client, your privacy is being protected by GDPR and your right to be forgotten. We do not share your contact details with any 3rd party providers.

CREDIT CARD DATA

We do NOT receive any critical details about your credit card, nor do we store any credit card information.

Your credit card data is stored at Stripe / PayPal and we have no access to it. If you need to change/edit your card details, you can do it easily in the payment provider portal.

REFUND POLICY

We stand by our product and offer a generous 14-day refund guarantee.

In case of a delayed down payment, the system will try additional two times within a couple of days.

In case all payments are unsuccessful, we will issue an invoice for the remaining total and cancel your participation until the full payment is processed. A 20-day payment term will be applied to the invoice.

EU VAT

Kindly notice that by law, we need to handle the EU VAT correctly.

If you are a Swedish company –> VAT will be added and you can submit it to the Swedish Government to get it back.

If you have a valid EU VAT number –> no VAT is added. You need to submit your VAT details at the time of purchase, and they cannot be added retrospectively.

If you are an EU company without a VAT number –> VAT will be added. A VAT number cannot be added post-purchase.

No business yet & in the EU? –> VAT will be added. A VAT number cannot be added post-purchase.

If you’re outside of the EU VAT zone –> no VAT is added.
